We invest in entrepreneurs from early to growth stage and consider investments from US$50,000 to US$250,000. We coordinate significantly higher investments in later stage and relatively mature companies through our stake in a US broker/dealer.
We provide high quality, non-biased advice and access to our industry networks; partnering with our clients to address a wide-range of challenges from business development to technology to influencing the direction of regulators. We provide knowledge, understanding, and strategic thinking regarding the industry and business/technology objectives.
We provide access to experienced Executive-level Resources on an interim basis. Prior to joining Ontrack Advisory, our professionals held senior roles within large MNCs including Visa (Global CTO, Global Head of Internal Audit, Regional CIO, Regional Head of Information Security, Regional Controls & Compliance Officer, Regional Ethics Officer) and within global consultancies such as KPMG and Deloitte (Partner Enterprise Services, Partner Information Risk Management, Senior Manager Information Risk Management).
Business Development & Relationship Management
We provide Business Development & Relationship Management support for our clients who offer management consulting, technology solutions, and outsourcing services. We apply our experience and industry relations to help grow our client's customer base, expand service offerings, and increase revenue.
We provide complete Corporate Administration services including company registration, corporate secretary, accountancy work, visa applications, HR services, general corporate administration, and website support. When requested, we coordinate – as a single point of contact – with third-party service providers such as legal and audit.
