Matt Quinlan is a recent recipient of the Singapore Prime Minister's Office Public Service Medal after serving as a Board Director with Singapore’s Govtech and chairing the Technical Advisory Committee. In this role, he was responsible for providing strategic guidance to the government on its technology transformation initiatives. Matt is a seasoned technology professional in the financial services industry and former senior executive at Visa International, where he served as Global CTO, Global CISO, and Regional CIO (Asia Pacific). In these roles, he was responsible for leading the company’s global technology strategy and architecture, as well as its information security and compliance programs.

 

Eric Smith is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience advising multinational corporations (MNCs), global consultancies, and wealth managers. Previously, he served as a senior executive at Visa International where he held leadership roles including Global Head of Internal Audit, Regional (Asia Pacific) Head of Information Security, and Regional (Asia Pacific) Ethics & Compliance Officer. Eric held various technology and advisory positions at KPMG Peat Marwick (San Francisco and Silicon Valley), Bank of America, Promontory Financial Group Australasia (now an IBM company), and several early-stage companies.
